Welcome to Being Mentor. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of beingmentor.org and the tutoring services we facilitate — whether you’re a student or parent looking for an online tutor in Pakistan, a home tutor, an A Level online tutor, or a tutor searching for online tutoring jobs. By visiting our website, submitting a quote request, or engaging a tutor through Being Mentor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. About Being Mentor
Being Mentor is a Multan-based tutoring platform that connects students with qualified tutors for home tuition and online tutoring across Pakistan — covering subjects and levels including Matric, Intermediate, A Level, O Level, English language, and exam preparation such as IELTS and PTE. We act as a facilitator between students/parents and independent tutors; we are not a school, examination board, or degree-awarding institution.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- Our services are intended for students, parents/guardians, and tutors residing in or seeking tutoring services related to Pakistan.
- If a student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must submit inquiries, agree to these Terms, and be responsible for any related payment or communication on the student’s behalf.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us, requesting a quote, or registering as a tutor, and to keep that information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account, if applicable, and for all activity that occurs under them.
- For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
3. Our Services
Through beingmentor.org, we help match students with:
- Home tutors for in-person tuition
- Online tutors for remote/virtual tutoring sessions
- Subject specialists across school, college, and test-preparation levels
Tutor availability, subject coverage, and fees are communicated directly at the time of inquiry and may vary by location, subject, and tutor experience. Being Mentor makes reasonable efforts to match students with suitable tutors but does not guarantee the availability of a specific tutor, subject, or timeline.
4. Fees and Payments
- Tuition fees, registration charges, or service fees (where applicable) will be communicated to you before any commitment is made.
- Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be agreed upon directly between the student/parent and Being Mentor (or the assigned tutor, where applicable) prior to the start of tutoring sessions.
- Being Mentor reserves the right to revise its fee structure at any time; any such changes will not affect sessions already agreed upon and paid for.
- Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the circumstances of the request (e.g., tutor unavailability, service issues). Please contact us directly to discuss a refund request.
5. Tutor Conduct and Vetting
- Being Mentor takes reasonable steps to assess tutor qualifications and suitability before recommending them for a home tuition or online tutoring assignment.
- Tutors are expected to conduct themselves professionally, punctually, and respectfully during all sessions.
- If you experience any issue with a tutor’s conduct, communication, or teaching quality, please report it to us at info@beingmentor.org so we can address it promptly.
6. User Conduct
When using beingmentor.org or engaging with our tutoring services, you agree not to:
- Use the website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a quote request or inquiry

- Attempt to bypass Being Mentor to directly solicit a tutor introduced through our platform in a way that circumvents agreed fees, within any period specified at the time of introduction
